WINDSHIELD SEAL

This is the seal that goes around the perimeter of the windshield, highlighted in blue in the picture to the left.

There are two styles available for this seal. The OEM equivalent (VW part number 531 845 121 A) and also the "Cal-style" which doesn't have grooves for the chrome molding that goes around the perimeter of the glass. Since VW never produced a "Cal-style" windshield seal, there is no equivalent VW part number.
